Return Policy
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, and product(s) must be in new condition. To initiate a return or for return-related inquiries, complete the contact form and include your order number.
For returns within the US, a return shipping label and instructions will be provided.
For returns outside of the US, the customer is responsible for purchasing and arranging return shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If any product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, complete the contact form with a description of the issue and your order number for assistance.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, submit a return request for the original product along with the desired product for exchange, and the difference in cost will either be refunded or collected via an additional payment link.
Refunds
Once a return is received and approved, a refund will be issued. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the bank or credit card provider.
