Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days of purchase.

Once an order is fulfilled, a shipping confirmation email is sent with tracking information. Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and destination.


Cancelling or Changing an Order

To cancel an order before it ships, complete the contact form with the order number you are looking to cancel.

To change the shipping method before an order has been fulfilled, submit the contact form to cancel the original order and place a new order with the preferred shipping method.

To update the shipping address or contact information of an existing order, submit the contact form with the updated information.


Delivery Estimates & Carrier Responsibility 

Account for processing time when choosing your shipping method at checkout.

Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed by us. Once your order is handed off to the shipping carrier, they assume responsibility for delivery timing and handling. Please contact the carrier directly with any questions or concerns about packages in transit.


International Shipping

Recipients outside the U.S. may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees. These are the responsibility of the recipient and may cause additional delays. We are not liable for delays due to customs processing or local postal systems.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping fees. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
